San Marco is situated in the village
of Kranevo on the Black Sea Coast. A short 20 minutes drive from Varna
International airport.
Kranevo Village is unspoilt and
peaceful with supermarkets and restaurants close by and surrounded by
lush green hills.
The larger resort of Albena is just 5 minutes by car and can also be
reached in 20 minutes by walking directly along the beach. For those
with nightlife and shopping in mind, then this resort
provides all that and more, before easing back into the peace and
tranquillity of San Marco.
The exclusive complex is situated just 5 minutes direct walk from the
beach with direct views to the sea. The beach itself is 10 km long and
0.5 km wide and is one of the biggest on the Black Sea.

The San Marco gated complex consists
of 10 new individual properties with a swimming pool.
No. 9 provides the
following comfortable and well furnished accommodation on three floors:-
Tiled terrace with tables and
chairs to seat 8 and gas barbecue with views to the beach.
Ground Floor
Open plan spacious lounge and
fitted kitchen with two patio doors opening onto the terrace.
A large ground floor wet room with WC and wash hand basin.
Staircase leading to landing area with sofa bed and patio doors leading
out to the back of the house. Further staircase to the first
floor.
First Floor
Bedroom 1 with king sized bed
and balcony with table and chairs.
Bedroom 2 with king sized bed.
Luxury bathroom with bath and
shower over, separate shower cubicle, WC and wash basin. Further

Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds
and balcony with table and chairs and bathroom with shower, WC and wash
