Master Bedroom on the same floor with a king sized bed and large windows overlooking the town and views over the boat float.

Bathroom on the same floor with bath and spacious shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.

There is an additional WC/cloaks off the landing on this floor.

Stairs up to:

Three Double Bedrooms.  One of the bedrooms has a single bunk over a double bed and sleeps 3.  The bathroom has a large shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.

Off the landing are double doors onto a small south facing balcony overlooking St. Saviours church and rooftops.
