This lovely light and comfortable cottage overlooks the beautiful Dart Estuary boating scene and standing next to and within a 5 minute crossing over the ferry to Dartmouth town.

The location provides the opportunity to explore the Torbay area with Brixham, Paignton and Torquay within easy drive.  You can take the ferry to Dartmouth with it's shops, character inns and wonderful selection of restaurants.  Follow the coast road to Blackpool sands with its blue flag beach and then onwards towards Torcross and Salcombe beyond.

Large spacious sitting room with ample comfortable seating, multi-fuel burner, TV, DVD and Video overlooking the estuary

Well fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, breakfast bar opens to dining room with large table and chairs and window overlooking the estuary

Stairs from spacious hall lead to:-

Bedroom 1 and 2 both have stunning views over the Estuary with twin beds in each

Bedroom 3 has a single bed and comfortable fold away bed.  A door off this room leads into a sun room with sofas 

The large bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin

The garage and utility room (accessed through the kitchen) with washing machine, tumble dryer and WC.
